This policy explains what information Nael Networks (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. We keep it short on purpose: we collect very little, and we do not sell it.
Information you give us
When you book a consultation or ask for a quote through our website form, we collect what you type into it:
- your name and your business name
- your email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number
- the services you are interested in and the best time to reach you
- anything you write in the message box
If you call or email us instead, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us.
How we use it
- to reply to your request, arrange your consultation and prepare a quote
- to provide and support the services you sign up for
- to keep a record of our conversations with customers and prospective customers
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Where it goes
A form request is saved in our website’s database and sent to our team by email. It is handled by the companies that run those systems for us — our website hosting provider and our email provider — who act on our instructions.
To stop abuse of the form, our website keeps a short-lived, scrambled (hashed) record of the sender’s IP address for up to ten minutes. Like almost every website, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
Calls to our phone lines
Calls to our numbers, including our AI Agent demo line, may be answered by an automated AI agent and may be recorded and transcribed, so that we can respond to you, demonstrate the service and improve it. If you would rather not be recorded, tell us at the start of the call or contact us by email instead.
Cookies and tracking
Our website does not set cookies for visitors and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address; see Google’s privacy policy. If we add analytics or other tools in future, we will update this page first.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our ordinary business records, and delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California) you may have additional rights, such as receiving a copy of your data or objecting to certain uses. To make any request, email info@naelnetworkcorp.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information we will update this page and the date at the top.
